Please include the information for your sign in the Personalization box during the checkout process. Once we receive your information, we will design your order and send you an electronic proof through Etsy messaging for your review and approval before production. We will not produce your order until you approve the final design!
To properly reproduce your logo, the logo should be a vector file in .ai, .cdr, or .eps format. Some logos can be supplied as a high resolution jpg, png file or .pdf. The logo reproduction can only be as good as the quality of the image you provide! If your logo is from a nationally known brand, we may have your logo already.
This is a custom order item and can take 2 full business days for production after YOU APPROVE THE DESIGN and before shipping. THIS ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BY FedEx Ground and shipping can take up to a week for shipping depending on your location. Please expect up to total 7 days for delivery after your approval using ground service. Expedited shipping methods are available- please contact us.
