A custom template is provided below for your in-house designing needs. We also provide some basic design services if you do not have an in-house designer. Basic design services include taking your provided logo files, images and/or text and creating a design layout on basic color backgrounds. (Sourcing additional images or complex designs do require some additional design costs.)
Please include some basic information for your display in the Personalization box during the checkout process. To properly reproduce your logo, the logo should be a vector file in .ai, .cdr, or .eps format. Some logos can be supplied as a high resolution jpeg file or .pdf. If your logo is from a nationally known brand, we may have your logo already. Please send any files to us via email at info@carbongraphicdesign.com
Once we receive your information, we will design your order and send you an electronic proof through email or Etsy messaging for your review and approval before production. We will not produce your order until you approve the final design!
Due to the nature of the kit, no substitutions or credits for omissions are available for kit components.
Please note- this is a custom order item and can take 8 full business days for production before shipping. THIS ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BY FedEx Ground and shipping can take up to a week for shipping depending on your location. Please expect up to total 2-3 weeks days for delivery after your approval using ground service. FedEx rates are estimated for expedited shipping methods. Please remember it takes 8 days for production after you approve the design. SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE LOCATIONS IN ALASKA OR HAWAII - IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN ALASKA OR HAWAII, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING.
