We do custom tablecloths different than anyone in the market. We know most customers do not have an in-house designer. We provide basic design layout for your tablecloth and send you a proof to review and approve before production. Our customer service sets us apart. We include value-added services like file vectorization, file review for quality and suitability, and honest evaluation to make sure your tablecloth looks the very best possible!
ECONOMY: The logo can be produced in single color (white, black, gold or silver) or in multicolor configuration. If the white, black, gold or silver logo color option is selected, the logo will be all one color in a single shade with no variance in the color. If your logo includes gradient colors in white and black or varying shades of gold or silver, that cannot be replicated with this option. Also, logos with significant detail, distresses, small shapes or very fine lines or text, the economy white, black, gold and silver options cannot be used. The multicolor option allows the logo to be in full color reproduction but may require a white contour edge on some logos with significant detail, edge fades, gradients or need color contrast against the fabric background. Gradient colors can be included but they will not be able fade into the background fabric and may require a contour edging. (Designs with gradients along the edges are typically best suited for the premium option.) The multicolor option is best for simpler color designs. The economy option is limited to the front only and have size limitations. For designs 14-19 inches in height are limited to 36-inches in width. Designs under 14-inches are limited to 44-inches in width. The tablecloth is a preproduced polyester tablecloth that the logo is added using commercial grade heat transfer materials pressed on the cloth using a large format heat press. This option is typically the quickest production time.
FILE RECOMENDATIONS: To best reproduce your logo, the logo should be a vector file in .AI, .CDR, .EPS or vector .PDF format. Some logos can be supplied as a high-resolution JPG or PNG files but file typically needs to exceed 2000px and be a minimum of 150dpi. SVG files can sometimes be used but SVG files can vary in quality and have conversion issues. The quality of your file is the most important aspect of how well your tablecloth will turn out. JPG and PNG files can have problematic color issues if they are in RGB color format. RGB based files can result in color inconsistencies which are outside our control. We cannot held responsible for color issues if you provide a RGB file but we will try to work with the file the best we can. If your logo is from a nationally known brand, we may have your logo already.
IMPORTANT! ORDER PROOF APPROVAL: A concept proof of the table covers will sent to you through EMAIL for your approval before production. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PRODUCED UNTIL YOU PROVIDED FINAL APPROVAL OF THE DESIGN CONCEPT. Please watch for the proof to prevent any delays with your order. The proof is usually sent within 12 hours of the order, at most (typically much sooner). Your order will remain pending until you approve the design and will effect the delivery date if your response is delayed.
FILE INSTRUCTIONS: Please email your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your order number in the email. It is also helpful to include your general logo name in the personalization box above when ordering to help us correlate the order with logo email. If you provide your logo by email, we will typically send your concept proof back through email

THE FITTED TABLECLOTH IS A SOMEWHAT LOOSE TAILORED FIT CONFIGURATION THAT SLIPS OVER THE TABLE. It is NOT a stretched elastic material!
In stock colors and sizes can ship within 2 business days but custom and non-stock orders (denoted *) can take 5-7 business depending on the size and color.
SHIPPING: Standard Shipping typically uses UPS Ground Saver/Surepost. (We may choose to substitute USPS Priority Mail to some locations.) The standard option will be the slowest option and not recommended for time sensitive situations. Other shipping options are available during checkout include expedited options and rush production options. Most in-stock economy options are produced 1-2 business days after the proof is approved. Premium options typically take 3 days for production after the proof is approved. If you need a specific delivery date, please contact us. We will try to fulfill your timeline but any time critical situations, we cannot provide absolute guarantees because shipping is outside our control once it's given to the shipper. But we will do everything we can to get produced and shipped quickly.
