Returns Policy
If your item includes any personalized information or was custom design, there is no returns unless your item is incorrect or defective. Once your item design is approved, produced and shipped, Carbon Vinyl Design is not responsible for errors of personalized information, spelling, or customized images. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). we'll pay the return shipping costs and send you a replacement, corrected item.
You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of receiving your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to US Locations and many international destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If you have a question regarding delivery timeframes, please Contact Us before ordering providing details about your item and full shipping address and we will do our best to give you all options available to get your item in time. If you have a critical deadline, please let us know your in-hand-date.
Since the shipping journey is out of our control, we cannot provide absolute guarantees on delivery dates. Any estimated delivery dates provided are based on the shipper fulfilling the shipping timeframe on schedule. Occasionally packages are delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances which we cannot control.
