Returns Policy
If your item includes any personalized information or was custom design, there is no returns unless your item is incorrect or defective.   Once your item design is approved, produced and shipped, Carbon Vinyl Design is not responsible for errors of personalized information, spelling, or customized images.  If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  we'll pay the return shipping costs and send you a replacement, corrected item.  

You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of receiving your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
